Customer Cases

Already working on site

From factories to warehouses — cutting wait times and loading costs across many sites.

In-factory container grounding
Precision machinery

In-factory container grounding

80+ TEU/month; per-container handling down from 2 h to 35 min; crane costs down ~¥12,000/month

No more waiting for cranes — finished containers go straight to trucks; scheduling is far more flexible.

— Production Manager Wang
Reefer ground loading
Cold-chain logistics

Reefer ground loading

~30 min per reefer grounding; demurrage down ¥4,000+/month; one operator with remote

Before, reefers had to be unloaded immediately. Now we ground them ourselves, saving time and keeping cargo fresh.

— Warehouse Supervisor Li
Yard fast turnaround
Logistics park

Yard fast turnaround

Peak 12 containers/day; turnover efficiency up ~50%; self-leveling on uneven yards

Roll it into place and it works — even on uneven ground. More stable than forklift-plus-crane.

— Site Dispatcher Zhang
Container-to-chassis alignment
Vehicle refitting

Container-to-chassis alignment

Alignment time from 1.5 h to 20 min; better precision, fewer bumps; one person

Semi-trailer-to-container alignment used to rely on slow overhead cranes. Now one-button lift, fast and steady.

— Process Engineer Chen
No-dock loading
Import/export trading

No-dock loading

No dock retrofit needed; per-container handling cost down ~55%; extra stations in peak season

Even warehouses without fixed docks can ground-load containers. Peak season is no longer a panic.

— Logistics Manager Liu
Heavy container synchronized lift
Heavy equipment manufacturing

Heavy container synchronized lift

Four units lift 40t heavy containers in sync; works with forklifts/overhead cranes for large cargo; ~15 min per lift

Heavy cargo loading is all about alignment and stability. With four lifts raising the box in sync, loading is much easier.

A good fit when
  • The yard or site is yours and equipment can stay in place
  • Containers need ground-level turnover or grounding
  • 10+ container loads per month with steady frequency
  • Concrete floor; steel plates fix uneven or weak spots
Four-corner lift, truck in and out, container on the ground — no crane, no ramp.

Loading costs — and the fix

01

Crane unavailable

Crane ¥1,500 / shift

Cranes mean 2-hour waits; four units are ready on the spot — no booking, no queue, one operator.

02

Demurrage soaring

Demurrage ¥300–500 / day

Once lifted, the truck drives away — demurrage drops sharply.

03

Harder to hire

Labor ¥300 / person / day

Heavy manual work becomes 1–2 operators with a remote, easing hiring and retention.

04

Missed sailing

Losses in the tens of thousands

Loading becomes schedulable — less rollover risk.

The Product

Four-unit set · wireless sync · hydraulic lift

Four-unit set overview

Four units lift the container steadily

Each unit is rated 8t; a four-unit set totals 32t. One unit at each corner, synced by a single industrial remote — the container lifts smoothly and trucks drive straight through.

  • 01Swivel castors, one-person positioningCastors and swivel wheels let one person roll each unit into position
  • 02Quick cables + wireless remoteQuick-connect cables speed up setup; the remote jogs single units or lifts the whole set
  • 03Leveling knobs fit all container specsAdjustable feet keep units plumb on uneven ground; fits all container sizes

A dock leveler solves "digging into the box" — the forklift enters while the container is still on the truck, so the truck can't leave. This system solves "grounding the container" — the whole box is lifted down and the truck drives away, one operator with a remote.

How It Works

Four steps to load a container

No crane, no ramp — flat ground is enough. One worker, four units, ten minutes.

Four-step transfer process
01

Position

Push four units to the corners, one person

02

Connect corners

Lifting heads lock into the standard corner castings

03

Lift & adjust

Remote sync lift, then fine-tune level

04

Transfer done

Truck drives in, lower the container, done

Site requirements · 4 items

01Ground
Leveling feet included; standard concrete is fine — steel plates fix uneven or weak spots, no floor rework.
02Step after grounding
The container grounds almost flush with the trailer floor; a transition plate bridges any height difference.
03Space & access
Each unit is about 1380 × 930 × 2300 mm; opposing units sit about 2.93 m apart so trucks can reverse in safely.
04Power
Standard 3-phase 380V shop power — no dedicated line; 12 kW per set, about ¥2 per load.
