Container Lifting System

Mobile Container Lifting System

For moving containers between truck chassis and ground level: four mobile hydraulic lifting units sit at the container's four corners, synced by an industrial wireless remote to lift the whole container; once grounded, the truck drives away — one operator completes the loading. Each unit is rated 8t, four units make a 32t set, customizable 10–50 t/set; 380V three-phase power, about ¥2 of electricity per load; about 15 working days production time. Not special equipment — no annual inspection or certified operator required for routine duties.
